Small Print

There is no need to try and find the small print, because there isn't any.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we at Airconco Ltd will endeavour to rectify the problem. We pride ourselves on service and are second to none when it comes to customer service. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We have to put in all the following information because the Law say's so.


Formation Of Contract

Airconco Ltd must receive payment in full for the goods that you order before we can accepted your order. Will confirm by email that your order has been accepted using the email address given by you when you placed your order. This forms the contract between Airconco Ltd and you the customer.

Airconco Ltd right to refuse your order.

We do not have the stock. We will contact you.
We do not deliver to your area. We will contact you.


Items Sold

It is the intention of Airconco Ltd to at all times provide sufficient information about the products and services offered on this site as would be reasonable to fully describe the item to the extent required by the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000. It may be from time to time that the description falls short of what the customer personally considers adequate to describe the items to the above standard. In that event the customer agrees to request further information as soon as is reasonably possible by e-mail to Airconco Ltd on the address given on this site. The failure of the customer to make such request, either before or after an offer is submitted on this site to Airconco Ltd, shall amount to an acknowledgement by the customer that the description on the site is adequate.


Delivery

Orders received on a working day before 3.00pm will usually be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day by courier. Orders received after 3.00pm on a working day should be dispatched the next working day. In the rare case we don't have the product in stock we can usually get it within 24 hours and we will dispatch the items as soon as they come in to stock. If for any reason it is going to take more than 24 hours we will contact you.

If for any reason the parcel has been returned to Airconco Ltd due to nobody having been in to receive the parcel and it has not been picked up from the depot listed on the card left at the address, the customer must pay for the charges incurred to Airconco Ltd for sending the parcel back to Airconco Ltd and pay for the parcel to be resent out to you. With no exceptions.


Returns Policy

When you are returning an item due to an error on our behalf or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us.

Orders returned due to customers ordering the wrong parts or because you no longer need the part will be subject to a 20% handling charge and restocking charge on the total retail value of the goods and you the customer will be liable for the postage costs. Non-defective goods can only be accepted for return if they are unopened and in their original condition.

Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. To cancel this contract, return the item to us (at the address shown above under 'returns policy') in original, unopened condition. Enclose a note detailing your name, address, telephone number, and 'Cancellation of Order'.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering return postage, unless the item supplied was not the correct item due to an error on our part or the item is defective.

Fitting of the parts we supply.

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with relevant tools necessary to fit the parts correctly.
